After a brief hiatus the boys (and Laura!) return with an episode about knowing thyself. Aaron Marsh (@aaronmmarsh) has had a wild life and in the last year on his podcast he's began processing a lot of stuff. Three out of four people on the episode are currently in therapy and we get several perspectives on different approaches people take to therapy. They break up the heavy with some fun side bits but really dig into the positive reasons to see a therapist.
